Writing blog after ages, today I am bringing you a very fresh topic. I will be talking about a very luxurious property that is situated in Bandra, Mumbai.

81 Aureate by MJ Shah, this beautiful construction is situated in Bandra, very close to highway. Its a 26 storey huge building with beautiful ocean view and amazing amenities. I visited the site and explored the show flat. All the houses are bare shell ( which means once you buy it , you can make the house according to your requirements ). This building has 10 elevators which includes 4 elevators that opens to your home and other elevators are for staff and guests, they have also provided a stretcher size elevator.

This beautiful construction has a 16.4 ft high grand entrance lobby, 1st residential floor is 75 feet high above ground. It's amenities are spread over 45000 sq ft of area that includes :

81 Aureate as the name suggests , 81 families can own their dream house here and mind you Aureate means made of gold , which signifies how luxurious this property is. Here, you can get your villa starting from 21 crore only.

After giving you brief on this property, let me share with you my experience of visiting this property and seeing the show flat.

As soon as I got out of the guest elevator, I entered the villa with a very gorgeously made waiting area with two couches and beautiful plants. They had a staff room with a washroom outside the house door which gives great privacy for the owners. Once you enter the door to the house, you see a huge living room with beautiful dining area. There are 2 huge decks ( balconies) in the living area that allows great natural light and cross ventilation. As soon as you enter, there is a beautiful modular kitchen on the left hand side and mind you with a deck , which means you get a kitchen with a view.. omg..!

Than, coming to the amazing feature of the villa, you get a paddle pool in your balcony ,which can be covered if you are not willing to have a pool in the house. And I must say , you get to see beautiful views all around the house as you get spacious sundecks across all rooms.

Walking towards bedrooms, all the 4 bedrooms have attached bathrooms and walk through closets. The master bedroom comes with a jacuzzi. Now tell me this isn't luxury.

After coming back from your tiering work day to this beautiful house is just like a dream. Their windows are made of alum glasses 12mm thickness therefore providing peace and blocks the city noise. Automated curtains and switches and what not.
