This life is 100% your responsibility. We all know about bollywood celebrity Sushant Singh Rajput. It is sad how he had to end his life (due to any reason).

This article is just to remind you that this life is 100% your responsibility, no one is going to save you but yourself. And you need to understand that you are strong. You just have to keep telling your mind that you are strong and you can overcome any problem that comes in front of you.

Be it a fight, a loss, a breakup, health issue, money problem,.. be it anything..

Whenever you are facing any tough time , just remember -

"Tough time don't last long, tough people do".

Stay Strong.

You need to save yourself. There are various kinds of problems in life, not a single person is problem free here, but understand that every problem has a solution. Some problems might take a little time to be solved but it will be solved. Your understanding is required when it comes to life decisions. It is very important for you to understand how important you are & how important this life is.

This life is a present , live each moment & make each moment count. Why waste this life in tears & sadness. Decide that you won't cry . Decide that you will take yourself out from the sadness & the problems. I understand, a person who is going through a problem didn't call the problem . I also understand the person who is going through pain , he/she only knows what he/she is going through. But here I am just to remind you that nothing is bigger than your life, nothing is bigger than your health, nothing bigger than you.

Take care of yourself. Make yourself your first priority. Everything else will fall in place.

We will see how Hammy & Tomto handle their life.

Hammy is a happy go lucky kinda boy. Tomto is a boy who is generally serious & worried.

Be like Hammy. Our habits makes our life. These are all small little things we do in daily life not knowing whether our habits are good or bad for us but if we consciously take care of our habits & decide to be happy & strong, we can change our life for the better.

Very important thing is to value yourself. Understand how important you are. Stop comparing yourself, stop feeling low every now and then, stop depending on people for your happiness, stop asking permissions, stop waiting for everyone's approval. Just do your thing & have fun in life. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOURSELF, YOUR HAPPINESS & YOUR LIFE.

Depression Anxiety Sadness comes when you overthink. Stop punishing yourself by doing that. Choose life, Choose to take things lightly. Have fun. Be like Hammy. Be Happy Go Lucky.

Also You need not impress people. Just take efforts to be happy with yourself. Its no point if you are happy from outside or just for the sake to show people. Be happy from inside. Feel gratitude. Focus on your blessings. Focus on all the good things that you have in your life. Avoid the bad things, have faith that at the end everything turns good.
